If you would like a chance to participate on the New Year’s Eve confetti crew, please fill out the form below. Upon completing all fields, click on the submit button.
This is a request form only and not a guarantee that you will be on the crew for this year.
Once you have submitted the Request Form, we will notify you by July 15th if you have made the crew for this year. If you do not hear back from us by July 15th, you will need to submit a new request for the following year.
If accepted on the crew, you are allowed to bring one guest with you.
